Langdon Nation “After Dark” is back, and on terrestrial radio right here is Southern California. We began our new show last Friday night and, judging from the initial feedback, we made some new friends. Fridays at midnight (PST) Langdon, Mike, Tony and the new harem of lovely ladies are on KCAA AM 1050. The show will re-broadcast every Saturday at midnight and, for those listeners not in SoCal, can be heard live around the world at kcaaRadio.com. Plus, every episode will always go into the feed at iTunes, Stitcher, the website and, very soon, SoundCloud. BIG thanks to KCAA and to all the listeners who’ve been with us for five fun years. Buckle up, because it’s going to be a wild ride!
It’s been 250 fabulous episodes of the show and we needed a truly amazing star to help us celebrate; we were blessed when Grammy nominee and star of American Idol and NBC’s The Voice, Frenchie Davis, bravely came to “face the Nation;” the conversation is truly wonderful, as we talk about her amazing career, ranging from television to Broadway to dance clubs and gay pride stages all across the world; she tells us what it’s like to be a gay icon, and then really – to be a gay icon, as she recently came out of the closet, sharing with the public that she is bisexual; unafraid of controversy (or anything else, for that matter) she tells the truth about her now infamous topless photo scandal; she wins our hearts with her courage, her passion and her unbelievable voice; lucky us, because she breaks into song a few times live and we also feature her new single, a dance anthem-slash-love song, “Love’s Got a Hold On Me;” there’s plenty of flirting, laughing, German cursing and tips for appropriate stalking behavior; there’s also details about our super huge 3rd Anniversary Blow-Out Party coming in November, featuring four of LA’s top bands, celebrities and surprises; plus, there’s a ton of lovely photos and behind the scenes pictures of Frenchie – all at LangdonNation.com!
Using space-age technology(Skyrim) the winner of Sunday’s Super Bowl has been predicted so call in your bets now.
P.S. Daily Download is not legally responsible for any life savings lost due to bets placed after viewing.
It’s a party in your pants as Langdon and the Crew celebrate thier 100th podcast with this wacky retrospective (and wildly interactive) episode; theres Will Ferrell, hard cocks, and the origin of a bizarre love triangle that gets acted out in the studio, complete with musical score; we all look back at our favorite (and most embarrassing) moments and guests, including the one who simultaneously turned Langdon on and gave Corey hysterical blindness; there’s breaking news in this episode, too, as radio beauty, Crysta Garner, challenges the entertainment industry to take her on – and she wants to take Langdon along with her; there are shout outs and thank yous to members of the Nation (wish we could have mentioned you all!), plus an amazing 100th Episode Anthum from the Peanuts and clips from the very first podcast with Randy Wang, Gina Grad, Vargus Mason and…POP!
Langdon is in trouble and is going to lose his car insurance if he doesn’t get a California driver’s license; witness the “tutoring” the Crew gives him and then listen to the hilarity as Langdon takes a sample driver’s test; will he pass?…also, Alfie assumes some compromising sexual positions, Corey is distracted by Langdon’s big windows, and Langdon coins another new term – find out what “Snatcharrific” means – plus, there’s cops cops in diapers, the Hollywood Big Dick List, and the best of The Fruit Cake Lady from The Tonight Show!
