LN #262 – Triple Crown

Bad Boy Sheldon Anderson, who fronted “Langdon Nation Army”

Langdon and the Crew are still recovering from the amazing 3rd Anniversary Party, but they pull it together enough to hop into the studio and tell the listeners all about the incredible night; it began with torrential rain, was filled love and listeners, and topped with amazing music from our favorite (and LA’s top) bands; it was a serious rock concert with Killah Ronh, the Raging Peanuts, Byron Blocker and the Offbeats, Cynder and Cromwell; and, a surprise performance by rapper Supreme and the wild, wacky premiere of the new “super group” Langdon Nation Army with Langdon, Cory, Mike and Sheldon; Sam  Phillips, Crysta Garner and the Oddcast all partied and podcasted live, plus Double D returned to the fold; so many new people, so many old friends, a dog-shaped Cake and some very drunk buds; the Crew couldn’t be happier and we want to thank everyone who came, who donated, who sent good wishes, and who helped us create the party palace that crazy, wonderful night; pictures and video will be coming soon – and T-shirts are for sale now!

LN #217 – Hands Up!

The Bad-Ass, Phenom Supreme

This is a five-star, A-plus (and X-rated!) episode, with Langdon welcoming back the multi-talented rapper from Wu Tang Clan – Supreme (aka Lamont A. Compton); he talks about new films he’s help produce, new music he’s about to drop, and new talent – like John Marshall Jones, who hits us with his latest single, “Sweaty Booty Cheeks;” yes, it’s a comedy song, and it’s fabulous; there’s also the Sheriff of Cockingham, White Girl Porn and Paranormal Pu$$y; plus, in a Hennessy-fueled moment of comedy ecstasy, Langdon gets Supreme to rap a love song to the beautiful, J. Nichole Brooks (aka Double D) and to make a crank call to the celebutante Bai Ling!  It’s honestly one of the funnest – and funniest – shows of all time; plus, there’s lots of Supreme’s new music to keep your iPod a poppin’!

LN # 57 – Bang Tang

Wu Tang Clan’s powerful family has spawned another generation of skilled rappers, including the compilation “Pollen” and the group “Yellow Jacketz;” front-man Supreme drops into the TajMahoney to talk about the Wu Tang Clan, his new album, “Wu Tang Killa Beez,” and to rap live with us (and show Double D some dirty pictures!); musician and producer (and Langdon’s next bodyguard?) Selepri joins the melee, which also features Antoine Dodson of YouTube fame – “They rapin’ yo husbands!” – and a brand new hysterical song from Cory, “Skinny Jeans” in this, our longest episode to date; and, no, that’s not racist!
